Beyond the Scale
A Mind-Body Approach to Weight and Wellbeing
10 - 6pm
Join Dr. Brendan O’Shea and Dr. Nadine Ferris France for a transformative one-day seminar exploring deeper dimensions of overweight and obesity. Blending medical insight with powerful self-inquiry practices (The Work), an immersive programme addresses not just the physical realities but the emotional narratives we carry about our bodies, health, and self-worth.
Utilising interactive medical sessions, guided inquiry, and personal reflection, participants will gain clarity, compassion, and formulate actionable steps for their unique health journey.
The Seminar includes up-to-date guidance on expert, evidence-based treatments for overweight, empowering participants to make better decisions regarding medical options available. It will also support participants to identify and question their underlying negative beliefs and judgements about weight, making it an unusual and powerful combination of medicine and the mind.
Whether you're navigating your own weight challenges or supporting others, this day provides a safe, evidence-based space to reconnect with your body, identify and reframe limiting beliefs, and rediscover the power of choice.
