The Byron Katie workshop on July 6th was a clear demonstration of how our thoughts hold us hostage and, through using the enquiry method of 'The Work' in several case history scenarios, Katie demonstrated how 4 simple questions can dispel anger, anxiety and buried emotions and encourage personal responsibility and forgiveness.
Eckhart Tolle London is nearly sold out as is the Video Link room in the RDS. The London £75 tickets were incorrectly printed so there has been a delay in sending these out. If you have not received your ticket don't worry, they are being sent out this week.
